Simply put, the Curse is the effects of sin on both humans and the earth. For humans, “the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).

To me the key is selling a product on its own merits and seeing people as customers rather than those who can make you money by selling for you or under you. 

In this blog, our goal is to provide biblically relevant information and resources to examine related to the COVID-19 vaccines. Because of the long history of fetal tissue research that I believe is entirely unethical, I approach this subject with great seriousness.

I read Randy Alcorn’s book Money, Eternity, and Possessions but didn’t see mention of Luke 14:33, which I am trying to understand: “So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.”

I understand the reason for distinguishing between the Intermediate or Present Heaven and the New Earth. But if Jesus referred to it as Paradise (and you do mention this, but only in passing), why not refer to the Present Heaven that way?

“Abortion or misery” is a binary trap that keeps women from pursuing—and society from providing—positive alternatives. It’s a terrible thing to present pregnant women with inadequate choices, leaving them in an apparent no-win situation.

The quality of the place we prepared for our daughters was limited only by our skills and resources and imaginations.

If by “Happy New Year!” we mean that all our problems are about to end with 2020, we’re being unrealistic. But if by “Happy New Year!” we mean that we can choose to be centered on Jesus and happy in Him no matter what this new year brings, that is not blind optimism; it is biblical realism.
