Will Our Heavenly Bodies Reflect Our Spiritual Maturity?

article - Randy Alcorn, Julia (Stager) Mayo
Question from a reader: In your book Heaven you theorize about what age our resurrection bodies will look like. I think our resurrection body development will match our spiritual development. Hebrews 5:12-13 speaks of baby Christians still in need of milk, not solid food. Those less mature will have childish bodies and will need to do a lot of growing up on the New Earth, while those fully mature, like the servant with 10 talents, will be immediately ready to receive great responsibility on the New Earth. What are your thoughts?
From Luke 23:43, Will We Be in Paradise with Jesus at the Moment of Death, or Sometime Later?

From Luke 23:43, Will We Be in Paradise with Jesus at the Moment of Death, or Sometime Later?

Question from a reader: In your book Heaven I read that we will go to paradise at death, partially based on Luke 23:43 "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in Paradise." My pastor says that the original does not have punctuation and a better translation may be "I tell you the truth today, you will be with me in Paradise" (with the comma in a different place). What do you think?
