Isaiah 60:22 Seems to Indicate That Offspring Will Somehow Be Possible in Heaven. What Are Your Thoughts on This?

I’m assuming that with no human marriage (to each other, except all will be married to Christ), there will be no sex, no procreation, as I say in my book Heaven (pages 336-340). However, God could certainly do anything. Logically, it doesn’t really fit to me, with Jesus coming back as the bride of Christ. The offspring and descendants I understand to be the offspring and descendants of people presently alive.

Since sexual union is an expression of marriage, and we are not married in heaven to humans but to Christ, I don’t think there will be sexual acts in heaven. Not because they are wrong when done in the right context, of course, but simply because that context will no longer exist in heaven. We are the bride of Christ, and he is our husband. Our earthly marriage, including the sexual union, were symbols of that, but once the real has come the symbol would likely disappear. Of course, I’m speculating. Just a guess, except for the part about no marriage in heaven. Christ is specific on that.
