I think it’s possible, but there’s still much work to do. As I point out in my book Why ProLife? more younger people than older people believe that abortion is wrong. That’s a remarkable thing. People used to think the prolife movement would die of old age. But look at the annual March for Life each January. In fact I’ve linked to some pictures from the march in my current blog. Look at all those young people! I do have hopes that Roe v. Wade will be overturned, and I pray it will be. I do want a president who will choose Supreme Court justices who would uphold the right to life for unborn children.

Some people in the prolife movement believe that if we can just get the Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade, we can stop all abortion in the U.S. This seems unreasonable. There was abortion before Roe v. Wade, and if we end legal abortion in America, won’t it just give birth to a big illegal abortion industry?
