EPM is a 501C (3) and 100% of the royalties from Randy's books are given away (Randy has never accepted any royalties). Previously, he was paid minimum wage from the ministry, along with some small benefits and his wife's supplemental part-time secretary’s salary for EPM work. Randy’s wages were increased in 2013 to make up for his wife’s supplemental salary when she was no longer working as an EPM employee.
