No, he doesn't become CEO of Getz International, because he wanted to continue frequent trips to China, serving others there, and that didn't fit with the CEO role. God's great plans for Ben involved reconciliation with his family and bringing Christ to his business sphere of influence. Li Quan's life had tremendous impact on earth, and was met with great reward in Heaven. Li Shen, as the end of the book suggests, plays a very special role in God's plan of the ages.
