Thanks for your prayers regarding the launching of Randy's latest book, The Promise of Heaven. The publisher is encouraged with the sales so far, and we had a wonderful Facebook Party on February 11. We've received many responses from people who love the book's beautiful photographs and the simple contents explaining the biblical teaching about Heaven and the New Earth. (The gospel is presented, and we hope many people will give it to their nonchristian friends and family. We're also hoping to get it into many hospitals and physicians waiting rooms. Prayers to that end would be appreciated.)

Randy asks your prayers for this Sunday, March 7, as he'll be speaking in Riverside, CA at Harvest Christian Fellowship (Greg Laurie's church) www.harvest.org/church, at their three morning services: 7:45, 9:45, and 11:45 a.m., PT. Greg will interview him on the subjects of heaven and the problem of evil and suffering. (You can watch a live webcast from their website or afterwards when it is archived.) He'll also be speaking at "Thursday with Greg Laurie," held at Free Chapel in Irvine, CA on Thursday, March 11, 7:00 p.m. on the same subjects (info at www.harvest.org/events/oc/general-information/home.html).

On Wednesday, March 24, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., CT, Randy will be recording with Dennis Rainey and Bob LaPine on Family Life Today in Little Rock, AR related to If God is Good. The programs will be broadcast at a later date.

Randy has recently completed two smaller book projects that are spinoffs of If God is Good. One is a booklet, just a little larger than the Heaven booklet, and the other is a small entry level version of the bigger book, which Randy calls "If God is Good Junior."  Looks like the real title will be The Goodness of God. Randy's desire is to offer an assortment of books suited to different readers, ranging from pastors, teachers and serious students to readers of brief and popular books. He needs to be making decisions about other future book projects and asks your prayers that he will sense God's leading and choose wisely.

We just had our annual EPM board meeting and need to implement some of the decisions that were made.  Like most ministries, EPM is facing some financial challenges that require tightening our belt. That's fine, we are happy to do what's necessary. But would you please pray for us in two particular areas? We're getting close to launching our new and greatly improved website and will need to make a substantial payment by the end of the month. We're also hoping to add a part time research assistant for Randy (approved by the board last year but not pursued due to financial reasons). Though he loves doing research himself, Randy would like to complete other books which he could do with some research help. But we need the right person with the right skills and heart, and the right chemistry. We have an interview scheduled week after next. Please pray.

God has been so faithful in providing and allowing us to continue to give away to missions and Christian ministries the royalties from Randy's books, and we've seen Him do great things through the ministries we support.

Randy wanted me to pass on this note to you: "Nanci and I are deeply grateful for your partnership in this ministry. We are honored that you would pray for us and for Eternal Perspective Ministries. THANK YOU so much."

Let me add my own thanks for your prayers.

Warmly in Christ,

Kathy Norquist
